For the fourth year in a row, PBG earns recognition based entirely on employee feedback

PBG  was ranked No. 106 in the small company size category on the 2026 Greater Washington Area Top Workplaces list, marking the company’s fourth consecutive year receiving the recognition. 

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
